5. PAYMENT

 

All payments due are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated on the Order Page or invoice.

 

We will not store any of your financial information, but we may submit it to merchant service providers for payment purposes. You can access their privacy policy at: http://www.paypal.com.

Your moveinspections.com account can be cancelled at any time during your service term. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on prepaid reports or the unused Credit available term of service. Our Bill System is month-to-month no long-term contracts.

 

6. USE OF “MEMBER” NAMES

 

You hereby grant moveinspections.com the right to include your name and/or company logo in the WEBSITE and in advertisements and releases promoting the WEBSITE and its SERVICES.

 

7. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

 

The links in this site will let you leave the WEBSITE. The linked sites are not under the control of moveinspections.com. The moveinspections.com is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by moveinspections.com

 

8. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

 

If any of the SERVICES requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. 10. AGREEMENT TERMINATION

 

moveinspections.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you, to terminate this AGREEMENT. Upon termination of this AGREEMENT, all rights and obligations of the parties hereto (excepting those set forth in Sections 10, 11, 12 and 13) shall terminate. In addition, you agree to immediately cease and desist from accessing the SERVICES and from holding yourself out as a member of the WEBSITE.

 

11. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

 

You agree that all content and materials available on our Site are protected by our or third parties’ rights of publicity, copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws.

You may, however, establish ordinary links to the homepage and other sections of our Site without our written permission.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15. TERMINATION/.DISCONTINUE OF SERVICE

You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of our Service. You agree that moveinspections.com for any reason, including a period of account inactivity, terminate your access our services, terminate the Terms, or suspend or terminate your account. In the termination event, your account will be disabled and you may not be access to our services, your account or any files or other content contained in your account. All paid reports, purchased remaining will be forfeited will not be refund.

 

16.RELEASE

 

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users of the moveinspections.com, you shall and do hereby release the moveinspections.com and its employees and agents from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

 

17.GOVERNING LAW/VENUE

 

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. All claims, actions, disputes, controversies or suits shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of California.

18 INFORMATION CONTROL

moveinspections.com does not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our WEBSITE. You may find other user's information to be inaccurate or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using the WEBSITE.

 

19.FRAUD

Without limiting any other remedies, the moveinspections.com may suspend or terminate your membership in the WEBSITE if the COMPANY suspects that you (by conviction, settlement, investigation or otherwise) have engaged in any fraudulent activity in connection with the WEBSITE and its SERVICES.

 

20.HEADINGS

 

The headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of the AGREEMENT.

 

21.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions set forth the entire agreement between you and moveinspections.com regarding the subject matter of the AGREEMENT, and supersede any prior oral or written statements or agreements with respect to the same.
